We try to do our best to respond you within 24h max of receiving any message. However, if you do not get an answer right away, don’t worry, we will always get back to you.

SHIPPING


Where do you ship ?
We ship almost Worldwide as long as you have an address !!! Unfortunately, We dont ship in some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

How long will it take to receive my order ?
Our partner factories print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order.
From the time your order is placed and the date when you receives it, there are two processes to consider. To estimate when you will get your order, add our fulfillment time to the shipping time.
It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.
Then international shipping takes about 9 days regarding the customs and regulations of the country.
So let s say 9 to 16 days would be the average.

How much does shipping cost ?
As we work with factories located in Europe and USA to print and fulfill your orders, we can not really provide express shipping. It takes usually around 12 days to receive your order. That s why we decide to set a FREE SHIPPING system !!!

 How do I track the statuts of my order ?
After your item(s) have been made and a shipping label has been created, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via email or phone SMS. You can then use that code to track exactly where your order stands. 

What if something arrives damaged ?
If something arrives damaged, send us a mail through the 
CONTACT page and we'll answer you quickly how to process.



PRODUCTS

Are you printing and fulfilling the item by yourself ?
We are working with partners factories to print and fulfill our product.
Those factories are located in USA and Europe.
That s why there will be delay for the delivery and we can not really provide express shipping service.

What are the T shirt like ?
Our apparel is unisex sized and hand printed in several factory. Some are located in USA and some in Europe. Those companies usually use Direct To Garment (DTG) technology on extremely high quality premium cotton. We use these fabrics because of their durability, softness and their ability to stretch without damage. Most of our apparel will result in minimal shrinkage after a first wash and dry. 

Where are the sizes information ?
Sizing information can be found directly on the product pages themselves along with a size calculator.
"Width" is the horizontal width across the T shirt from the base of one sleeve to the other.
"Length" is the vertical length of the t shirt measured from highest point all the way down to the bottom.

How can I wash my T-shirt ?
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items. We recommend hang drying for best results.
DTG Printed apparel can be tumble dried on low cycle.
Regarding ironing, use cool iron inside out. Do not iron the print.

How can I wash my phone case ?
Remove your case from your phone. Add a little mild soap to water, and dampen a cloth or sponge with it. With the damp cloth, rub your case gently in circles. Let your case air dry at room temperature.


ONLINE ORDER


I placed an order but I have note received a tracking order yet ?
This is normal - don't worry! Every order placed on our store is custom made in-house. A tracking code will not be sent right away. Please allow 3 to 5 days for us to complete your order. Once your items have been made, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via SMS text and/or email. If you have any questions, please contact us via the CONTACT page and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

I just realized I entered the wrong shipping adress ! What should I do ?
Contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 12 hours of ordering)! We try to ship every order out as soon as we can. If we have not yet shipped out your order, we can easily change the address for you. Contact us via the CONTACT page and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

I just realized I entered the wrong size ! What should I do ?
Contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 12 hours of ordering)! We start making every product as soon as we can. If we have not started printing your product, we will be able to switch out the size for you.

My order never arrived ? What should I do ?
If you see something wrong on your tracking code or if you think your order has not arrived, don’t panic ! Your post office may be late on shipments. Allow 1 to 3 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date. If your order still has not shown up after that, first contact your local post office. Check with them to trace your order. If nothing seems to happen, contact us and we will find out what happened and correct the situation for you.

Can I cancel my order ?
As written in our return and refund policy, our site www.japan-graffiti.com provides a special personalized and custom service so you can personalized your own product.
Every product you order at www.japan-graffiti.com is printed especially for you on demand.  If returned, we will not be able to use the return items anymore neither resell them.
Please understand that the products made according to your specifications or custom personalized products can not be returned neither refunded.
That s why we will not be able to accept return neither refunds any of customized and personalized products.

What payments methods can I use ?
You can use major credits cards VISA, MATERCARDS, AMEX and PAYPAL.
Please note that we must receive the entire payment before sending your order to the factory.

RETURNS EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS


Can I exchange or return an item ?
If you are in need of an exchange or return, please contact us via the CONTACT page for instruction on how to begin your refund or exchange. Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received wrong or damaged items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All orders of sale items are final and non returnable.
